@blueshiftnz I just want them to go do their job. If I want to earn more money I have to change industry. I am on comparable income and build half million dollar cars. Doesn't mean I make a ton. They were aware what industry they were training to be in, as was I.

If I wanted more money I would be retraining to do something else. But I want to do my current job so am capped for income. Pretty simple.
