ibuprofen is among the medications i don't really take any more… it definitely aggravates my asthma. i got it compounded & still so. (tho it's compounded with RICE flour, which i think i might not tolerate, lollll. but getting it redone is $$$)

can't take cold meds either, they all have something i'm downright allergic to in them: microcrystalline cellulose or PEG, or they're not gluten-free.

i'm just raw-doggin life over here… sighhhhhhh
