The whole article seems like a nothing burger.
He wants to make Sweden accept only the minimum of asylum seekers that the EU allows. This has no effect on the "free flow of people" that the EU has.
Also there is no coincidence this article is on Aftonbladet. Aftonbladet is owned by the Norwegian Schibsted, while pretty much all other Swedish media is owned by the Bonnier family ( do not look at the 'traditions' section of their Wikipedia page.) which mostly pushes pro-immigration articles.
Bonnier newspapers also changes the skin tone of criminals in photos to make them look Swedish.
