- Embed this noticeI got an electric smoker off of Amazon not too long ago, it's not too much work really. Small enough you can keep out on a balcony and in terms of cleaning the racks you cook the meat on are pretty easy to wipe down after you're done cooking. Every couple months I'll wipe down the glass door.
It comes with a little box I shove my pellets in and a small container for water, besides that and marinating your meat for however long you want it's super simple and easy to use. I just let it heat up for an hour with pellets and water inside, toss my meat in and set a timer or thermometer depending on what I'm cooking, it turns off automatically.
