if you're taking estradiol and spiro, and your testosterone is going down, thats because of the estradiol's anti-androgen effect.

If you're taking a steady source of estradiol (transdermal/injection) along with spiro and your testosterone levels are in cis female range, you dont need to be taking the spiro at all, its not doing anything.
