@kaia As you know, the AVP does not have offload capabilities and the camera recording function is limited to 6s, showing a massive "recording" red light on it.
If some dude or dudette or whomever stares at you with a blinking red light on their diving goggles, that's a much larger warning sign than the current "I have my iPhone Pro in my breast pocket, camera facing outward, and I am looking at a newspaper" approach, or the button hole $29 camera I have at home.
I think we DO have a reasonable expectation not to be filmed, one that is broken by governments and people all the time, but I don't think the issue is a massive diving goggle that could provide great opportunities to some neurodivergent, sensory reduced, and phobic folk, among other things.
