@kaia@brotka.st the "memory card" slot was on the controller, which had a tiny LCD that would display logos, animations or even add extra functionality to the game (silly things like a scope in FPS games)
it could be used on its own like a tamagotchi to farm money or exp through minigames that you could download from the game disc!
however, yeah, it was an LCD B&W screen, kind of like the OG game boy, that one is a mod
