Is this the second biggest draft blunder in modern (since ~1980) NBA history?

#1 has to be Bowie over Jordan. I’d probably have this as #2 and Oden over Durant as #3.

How much the pick was criticized in the moment has to weigh heavily. Steph was the best player of his draft, but no one was considering him at #1. So it’s not a blunder.
