David WahlA warning, I just checked my Twitter account. They have added back deleted tweets and retweets. In my case, it was only a few, but some people are reporting all their deleted content has reappeared. This is a known bug.
If you deleted all your tweets, you might want to check and see if they've been restored. Lock your account.
