Here a few flaws:

Ok thats very subjective: No, mastodon has already implementations which arent thought till the end and they plan to add more things like that.

As you can see, there are enough possibilities for good people which uses good software to unintentionally became a "bad actor". All in all you cant trust a checkbox to solve such problems, everyone who does has false assumptions.
