ActivityPub allows you to build a 'feed' however you want in your app, but Bluesky requires a certain structure and way of pulling information in. The way you get all the posts is extraordinarily resource intensive and complicated to write correctly (because it needs to be consistent), which will make it so that there are few community-based alternatives.
