I need help. ChatGPT says that I can replace the pie crust in mini quiches with (several layers of) phyllo dough. Does anyone know if this will actually work?

I happen to have a bunch of phyllo dough and asked ChatGPT if I could replace puff pastry or pie dough with it, and it said I can only do that for particular recipes, and said it would work with quiche and mini quiches.

Thoughts??? Lol I don't know how reliable ChatGPT is for cooking stuff.
