    and there it is.... a bill for $142,000 and change to my dad for my mom's ER visit when she died last month.

    She had medicare and secondary insurance so I'm sure he'll get it worked out but... fuck this system. The ER gave her a ct scan and disconnected her life support leaving her unconscious and on a morphine drip until she died. That's all they did for $142,000
