@pho4cexa are your kids bilingual? it might be a language crossing thing. i dont know about imperative japanese, but in chinese there isnt a difference between a polite and unpolite "come here" other than you expressing that you're unhappy or growing impatient with the tone of your voice. i assume my kid will do the same with english, being a bilingual kid already with chengdunese and english
