    @inthehands For MPS it only solves about 10-20% of the structural deficit I think (they have a $100M hole roughly). They are closing that with 1 time COVID relief funding next year, then have no plan - https://www.mplsschoolsvoices.news/posts/budget-explainer-how-to-read-the-budget-resolution
