@alex I don’t suffer much from this condition, although I do analyze very fine details before beginning many projects. More of my projects have succeeded than failed.

I would suggest there is a sweet spot on how much analysis one should do before launching a project, to maximize your success percentage. A big part of identifying that sweet spot is applying calculated risk in everything you do.
