@roadriverrail Ya, like I loved working at Simple. When I got hired, it was all for Ruby skills. But then there was a quick shift to Python which I didn't know as well and it 'affected my performance'. Suddenly, those who knew Python were getting so much done while I was languishing. Its a shitty experience. I picked it up eventually, learned enough to get by. But "we rewrote this over the weekend in Python behind closed doors" (eg, not on Slack but in private comms) sucked to wake up to on Mon.
