Everywhere else in town was booked full, and the Hilbert lured us in with the (admittedly accurate) claim that they always have rooms available. That should’ve been the first red flag. They were constantly shuffling us from room to room, the so-called “infinity pool” was anything but, and the room service took forever to arrive. Avoid if possible!
