Accenture was selected to do all IT infrastructure for Thomas Cook, a 10 years contract that was chosen by TC management and not the IT directors who were consulted then ignored. 7 years later, TC was getting out of the contract, paying leaving penalties, bc is was not working.
Looks like a trend.
