      　衆院憲法審査会は23日、憲法改正の国民投票に関するCM規制などをテーマに自由討議を行った。自民、公明、日本維新の会の3党は事業者や政党の自主規制で対応すべきだとの考えを示したが、立憲民主党は法規制の強化を改めて主張し、平行線をたどった。
