Attended a panel discussion about the intersection of the ham community and the maker movement.

An hour and a half of mostly old white guys talking nonstop about how the scene is mostly old white guys talking...

And how can they reach out to young people? And to women? And to...?

As usual, it takes me a while to start thinking it over. It's usually not in the moment. It takes me time.

Then into my mind questions meander, one by one, too often unsaid, too often unwelcome...
