I don't know how you get it out of the enforcement, judicial and legislative wings of somewhere built on evil. You'd need revolutionary change. Rip up the foundations. Reformism is window-dressing.

I know how you deal with it at street level though.

You stop it.

You sit with the person being harrassed. You stand up for the person being attacked. You make damn sure everybody's onboard with that too. If that takes barking out "IS EVERYBODY OKAY WITH THIS? WHY ARE YOU JUST *SITTING* THERE?" then you do it.

Will it make people feel uncomfortable? *Good*. Nobody should feel comfortable with some bigot carrying on the way they do.

This area I live in. It's an outer area. Working class. Multicultural. Had one incident a few years back with some racist skinhead fuckjar trying to attack my neighbour, a Samoan dude.

*Everybody* came out of their houses. *Everybody* confronted him. People from all over the world and that fascist piece of shit saw he was outnumbered, saw his shit wouldn't fly and *ran*.

Where? Probably some area where he felt comfortable.

Now. Imagine *every* area acted the same. They'd have nowhere to go. Nowhere to consolidate their power. Nowhere to organise. No rock that is safe to hide under.

*That* is how you deal with fascism. Especially the more privileged, who can get away with a lot more.

Big sticks. Big numbers. Run those bastards out of every area, every city, every town, every country.

Until they got nowhere to run.
