They had just watched ChatGPT hallucinate their terms of art under attribution to their corporate name out of wholly constructed cloth.

It did it convincingly, credibly & with a smile!

Let me say it again: attributed outright fabrication to their corporate banner. With citations to their web site. All completely wrong.

This was just not what they thought it was.

Which was exactly my point when we got started.
