First, we vote every year in the US. Off cycle elections are incredibly important right now, since almost all of these attacks are occurring at the state and local levels.

Second, many of us are writing to our congresspeople, speaking at legislative hearings, protesting, educating our friends and family, and working to make the lives of the bigots uncomfortable. We're making our voices heard now.

And we're reaching out to support the most vulnerable among us. Because suicide rates are going up because of this kind of stuff.

Acting now is absolutely necessary. Voting isn't the only way to stop this.
