@rwg I'm also on the AoIR list so I could possibly raise a fuss on there, but honestly I feel that if I made fuss every time a CfP didn't include some vital aspect I might get even less done than I do currently ;)

Besides, it's not a conference I'm likely to contribute to in the first place, so I do feel I would be likely to be stepping on some toes if I did.
