Feoh@feditips This is one of the biggest sticking points for new folks to fedi. While many of us who 'live' here see this as a vast improvement over how things used to be, they're used to the algorithmic monoculture so this feels hopelessly difficult to them, not in terms of mechanics but in. terms of activation energy, and I have no concept of how we'd even fix that.
