I interrogate my relationship with manhood and masculinity. I understand that even if I personally don't do things to make life more difficult for women, that the default is that I benefit from millenia of baked in systems and expectations. I didn't create these systems, but as a beneficiary, I have a responsibility to move them towards balance.
I fundamentally don't believe that we can address sexism and misogyny by giving women extra stuff to do. Men have to do the work.
