Leave the Portland platitudes at the door, and leave those who actually have domain experience with the issues at hand to deal with it amongst themselves. The condescension act is not something which serves to further anything and in fact only worsens matters for all involved. And also, as a sidenote, the schizo stuff *legitimately* irks me for personal reasons I don't wish to get into here.
