If anyone wants to know what it is like to be an alcoholic and have urges, its physically debilitating. Its like your whole body is in a free fall and the first thing your mind goes to is drink. It's a complete takeover of the mind and all thoughts evolve around the desire to get smashed. It's a psychological wall. It's hard to talk. To not drink is like wanting to hysterically cry but have no tears. This is why they call alcoholism a disease. It is a physical ailment and an obsession of the mind.
