@ned @Lupi @adam yeah, idk. On the one hand I know a few people who have done keto and theyre all visibly healthier. Personally I feel bloated and low energy if I have a really carby meal.
On the other hand I think that genetics probably comes into it more than we realise. People who's ancestry was coastal probably do better on seafood. People who have generations on rice and grain probably do well on that. Scottish people live on alcohol...
But Lupi, how can you justify processed sugary crap?
