I mean this is why hormones and stuff are encouraged to the the first steps so it keeps the regret rate down really low. It weeds out most of those who it isn't right for well before knives come out.

If you're with it enough to go though HRT for years you're VERY unlikely to change your mind if you hadn't by then.

I mean you cant count out social or family pressure bullying them out of it.
