Lame though it may be, I think I will probably die before I understand the appeal of alcohol. No matter how many times I have tried it in my life thus far, I just can never get past that disgusting sensation of numbness in the mouth and throat it causes. Reminds me of novocaine or those cough drops that cause numbing and creeps me out and disgusts me.
