:vepi: tropical edition@pinetree imo it's way better for cities to build up ⬆️ instead of building out ↔️. The less driving, the better. I really enjoyed visiting Seoul where all of the buildings were very tall. They had shops, restaurants, bars, offices, whatever on the first few floors, then it's apartments the rest of the way up. Short bus or train rides could take you where you needed to go.
