So I woke this morning, turned on a media scrum that aired after last night's AEW pay-per-view, and someone asked CM Punk an awkward question that got a really awkward, painful answer as his boss, Tony Khan, sat and listened.

A few minutes later, Punk is talking about something unrelated (borrowing somebody's shoes), and he makes a little joke calling back to a video from a few weeks ago.

And TK looks a bit bewildered for a sec, then starts chuckling.

I swear, it was the chuckle of a man standing barefoot on the street, 0° weather, watching his house burn, . . . who hears popcorn popping in his pantry.
