I think today should be a book-reading day (she says, right before bed).
Work was awful. I'm in training, and will be for about 18 months or so, so I'm constantly under evaluation and I'm really hard on myself.
Tea made it better. Now I need to unclench the tension band around my brain. Reading something is the best way I can think of to do that but I'll accept any and all suggestions! How do people get mental rest?
