Not sure if the film was Umbilical World but I have it on DVD, haven't gotten around to watching it. He also did parts for Kuso - film itself sucked but his parts were fine. Plus he was in Smiling Friends. And new Burnt Face Man and Salad Fingers in last year too iirc.
