Been wondering why my jaw has been so sore the last few days when last night I realized I've been gritting my teeth a lot for some unknown reason?
Now I'm trying to recognize it when I'm doing it.
I wonder if I'm stressing about something? I've normalized stress so much over my life that I can't always tell when I'm feeling it, but my body seems to be aware.
I think I'll do some meditation today and see if that helps.
