The comic is "Unshelved" by Gene Ambaum &amp; Bill Barnes, the first scenes are all in front of a very large bookcase and the last have a plain background.The first series is a young black boy talking to a white male librarian:Boy: Can I check out this book?
Librarian: Yes you can check out ANY book.
B: ANY book?
L: If you can reach it, you can check it out.
B: What if I can't reach it?
L: Then I'll do it for you.2nd panel
B: My teacher says I need to return this book.  It's above my reading level.
L: So?
B: So I can't read it.
L: Maybe you CAN.  Maybe you can't.  Maybe you can read part of it.  Maybe you just want to look at the pictures.  You can still keep it.
B: Forever?
L: No.

T: Are you aware that it's well above his reading level?
