He was spamming them and making threats to have her swatted and get her kids shot by the police and to light the field behind her house on fire to burn it down. I don't think anything about that behavior is defensible no matter the reason, but doing that because you're mad that another instance made custom ballsack emotes for their own server is an entirely new level of shrimpdick.
