Weird. Africa's full of fucking history. Some of it is pretty awesome. They just need to look. But it's easier to just steal shit from the history of the people you claim are oppressing you than cracking open a book. It's easier to shriek "We wuz kangz" than to see that no, you weren't a king, but your ancestors were proud and educated subjects of an empire that once held all of the northern half of Africa in its grip.
