Because some people have internal insecurities they've been dealing with and want to speed results up. Not everybody can have any sort of self-awareness right off the bat. Some people want to experiment to see if it will make them look better so they can look like that big guy they see at the gym or on Instagram.

And once again, I have no problem with people who use it. I have a problem with people who lie about it to grift.
