There are plenty of animes that can gauge someones capacity for bullshit, but whats the point? More bullshit? Even the most pretentious animes dont have nearly as much bullshit as Ingmar Bergman films. If you're interested in artistic expression in visual media, anime sits leagues below things captured in live action.
If you're interested in animation as a craft, traditional animation from Japan dried up in ~2010 along with the rest of the world. The most interesting new animated works are going to be independent and western. Japan isn't great about independently funded art.
