IrinaI saw a bird built like a grebe, swimming like a grebe (body quite far into the water), possibly slightly larger than an ordinary crested grebe and almost completely black, with a greyish crest. It was in the city moat in Gent (Belgium). What could it be? (Wanted to take a picture but it swam away very fast while I was getting my phone out)
