Dangerous dissemination of personal data
(1) Whoever publicly, in a meeting or by disseminating content (section 11 (3)) disseminates the personal data of another person in a manner which is suited and, under the circumstances, is intended to put that person or a person close to them in danger of
1. a serious criminal offence directed against them or
2. another unlawful act against sexual self-determination, physical integrity, personal liberty or an object of significant value directed against them,
incurs a penalty of imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or a fine.
(2) Where these data are not generally accessible, the penalty is imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or a fine.
(3) Section 86 (4) applies accordingly.
