I could cite several example in the Bible.
But I'll sum up a couple.
>He who spares the rod does not love his child
>If you do not warn the unrighteous of the bad places their deeds will lead and they die their blood is on your hands.
>And do not neglect doing good and sharing, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.
The way I see it. If you don't share it with someone then you hate them.
Obviously there is a line to be drawn at some point, if I have shared and shared and nudged and they refuse to budge then there isnt anything left for me to do. At that point I find it best to leave them alone and just live by example. Maybe the seed is not yours to water.
This assumes the person is at least somewhat open and not actively seeking rebellion. Obviously there are people who are completely beyond reach and will refuse any and all advances being enemies of God. Them are the type you just leave off and let them be destroyed by their own hubris.
Where is the line drawn and who falls under each category? I'm not entirely sure I know. I guess I just leave it up to the impression I get from the person over time.
