They are not binding in any practical sense, simple as. That's literally all the relevance any of that weird tangent had. Moving on, because the EULA argument was dogshite.
So you think that stealing cannot exist without a government? Weird. If that's the case, then yeah. Our definitions (and likely large parts of our worldviews) are very much mutually exclusive. I don't think we need a government to determine basic morality, fortunately as governments are the least likely to have basic morality to begin with.
