you'll often see a common answer to this as mental health services. some actually mean it, some only say it so you'll stop pestering them about the issue.

i think the better answer is "a kinder society." a society that isn't completely driven by greed. one where people hold intrinsic value just for existing, rather than only the economic value they contribute to the gdp. a kind society would provide mental health services, true. it'd also be the kind of place you didn't need it as much.
