I do hope someone starts editing these updates to the correct information soon ~ this was on the Cherokee Reservation and it was the Cherokee Tribal PD SWAT who are responsible. They are legally bound by their own separate tribal law charter and by the tribal council leaders ultimate decisions on how to enforce those laws.
