1) Get everything sold and get the money settled in a week so there can be no forced refunds.
2) Make sure that once the sale is over there's no way my distributor can be targeted and hold merchandise hostage.
So that's why I do once/twice a year seasonal things.
I switched up from merch the last two years but I am probably going to run some apparel and a playing card deck this year for the anniversary. I am going to have to find a company for both, though. My apparel guy went under during COVID.
