If you're interested in upcoming features on #Mastodon, there's an official public roadmap at:

The abbreviations before each feature tell you which part of Mastodon it concerns. "MAS" means the web interface and core functions, "AND" means the official Android app, "IOS" means the official iPhone/iPad app.

Third party apps and interfaces will have their own roadmaps which may be completely different, as they are made independently by third party teams.
